Century21 Judge Fite, multi-market property search rebuilt in React.

Century21 Judge Fite is one of the largest Century21 brokerages in the country: 27+ offices across Texas and Oklahoma, 1,200+ associates and staff, and a property search platform that had to serve buyers across multiple markets at once. The challenge was not a small search box. It was an inconsistent experience across regions, performance problems in filtering and listing rendering, and fragmented data sources that made search behave differently depending on the market.

RTW modernized the property search frontend using React and JavaScript, building a unified search experience that normalizes listing data from multiple sources through a purpose-built aggregation layer. The advanced filtering system covers location, property type, price range, and market-specific parameters, while agent and office data is integrated directly into the search flow.

This is a portfolio entry. The modernized platform has been active since 2023 on century21judgefite.com. At this scale, data consistency is the core engineering challenge: two states, 27+ markets, thousands of listings, and buyers who expect the same reliable experience whether they are searching a major metro or a smaller regional market.
