Century 21 Arizona Foothills, property search rebuilt in React.
A full React rebuild of the Century 21 Arizona Foothills property search platform: multi-provider listing integration, a custom data normalization layer, advanced market filtering, and a React-based listing experience engineered to eliminate dropped properties and deliver consistent results across every Arizona market.
Project overview
Century 21 Arizona Foothills ran property search on movephoenix.com through a fragmented legacy system: multiple listing providers feeding a PHP/WordPress frontend that could not normalize data consistently. Listings dropped. Property details rendered differently across providers. Buyers searching Phoenix metro and surrounding Arizona markets hit dead ends, mismatched data, and a search experience that moved too slowly for a high-intent audience.
RTW rebuilt the property search frontend from scratch in React and JavaScript, creating a unified search experience wired to multiple listing providers through a custom integration layer. A data normalization adapter ensures every listing, regardless of source, renders consistently: correct images, accurate pricing, matching property details, and live availability.
This is a portfolio entry. The rebuilt platform launched in 2023 on movephoenix.com. The React refactor replaced the legacy PHP/WordPress frontend while preserving WordPress as the content and backend layer. The result is a search experience that no longer drops listings, surfaces consistent data across all providers, and works reliably on mobile and desktop across every Arizona market Century 21 Foothills serves.

We build search experiences that convert at scale.
Buyers searching for property have zero patience for slow loads, missing listings, or inconsistent data. React frontends, multi-provider normalization, high-intent UX: if your search is losing buyers, let us talk.
