A full website rebuild for Wydler Brothers Real Estate - a senior DC-metro residential team - with a custom MLS / IDX search layer, native listing pages, and an editorial content surface tuned to the team's voice. Shipped in 2021; we maintained it through their move into Compass and delivered the first round of co-branded design before the relationship completed.
Project overview
Wydler Brothers ran a high-end residential team in the DC metro and needed the kind of website that matches the price point of the listings on it - fast, editorial, and with a search experience that did not bounce buyers out to a third-party widget.
We built a custom WordPress site with a bespoke MLS / IDX integration, native listing pages, neighborhood guides, team bios, and a content surface tuned to the brothers' market commentary. Search lived on-site with map, filters, and saved searches; listing pages were indexed and conversion-shaped.
We maintained the site for years post-launch. When the team moved into Compass, we delivered the first round of co-branded design and ran the early visual transition before the platform itself migrated onto Compass infrastructure and our scope completed. Including it here because the design still holds up - and the MLS / IDX work was some of the cleaner brokerage search we have shipped.
