MITAGS, maritime training operations connected end-to-end.

MITAGS is a specialized maritime training institute offering professional certification programs for the maritime industry. Their training operations depended on a fragmented mix of manual processes: course discovery was limited online, individual enrollment required manual handling, and corporate clients managing bulk training for employee groups had no automated workflow.

RTW built a full-stack digital training platform on WordPress and WooCommerce, extended with a custom API integration layer that bridges to Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics. Course and session data flows in real time from the Microsoft ecosystem into the frontend catalog, keeping availability, schedules, and location information accurate without manual updates.

This is a portfolio entry. The platform has been active since 2022 on mitags.org and RTW continues on retainer for ongoing development and system maintenance. The Microsoft integration is the core engineering differentiator: it lets MITAGS run training operations through a modern user-facing platform without abandoning the enterprise systems their operations depend on.
