The Reston Tech Wiz image is a replacement for the default software and programs that normally come installed on your desktop or laptop.  Our philosophy is simple, cut out the unneeded programs and software that are installed by default on your machine for reasons that don’t benefit you, normally marketing and future sales reasons.  The RTW image includes a powerful set of programs and software that will make your machine fast and productive right off the bat.  No need to uninstall a bunch of junky games or programs that are clearly on there to tempt you to buy and actually bog down the performance of your computer. We pre-install FREE anti-virus software so that you don’t get stuck paying $30-50/year for unneeded anti virus software when there are free alternatives out there.

We pick a mix of FREE software and programs that benefit you and not the companies behind the programs.  Its like we strip out all the bloatware software and replace it with useful software instead!  What a concept!
