- Email Client – Mozilla Thunderbird
- Microsoft Outlook replacement, very smooth and easy to use.
- Pictures & Photos – Google Picasa 3
- If you have a gmail account, this is a must for your photos, probably still a must for everyone else.
- Password Management – LastPass Password Manager
- Store all your passwords in a secure program, only remember one last password to access LastPass.
- Web Browser – Google Chrome
- Quick, excellent web browser, again especially if you have gmail.
- Phone and Video Calls over Internet – Skype
- Free long distance video calling anywhere in the world, seriously, that’s what it is.
- Private Cloud Storage (File Sharing) – Dropbox

This year we have created many wonderful websites that are helping small business grow, so we want to take this opportunity to highlight a couple of sites that were particularly successful. 
The Elite Performance Golf Academy was started by Adam Harrell who brought his golf teaching and coaching talents from southern Florida up to Northern Virginia (poor guy). Adam needed a website as a storefront for his business, an information resource for his students, and a lead generating tool for new clients. We got him setup with a blog as well, titled Monday Morning Blog, so Adam can begin to generate content on his own as he grows his business. Be sure to check out Adam’s golf videos, as they are excellent free golf tips that can improve your game!
Irena Chambers, a local artist, needed a virtual art gallery to properly display her artwork on the web
for clients, family, and colleagues to view. We worked with her to properly resize, crop, and build a
few different beautiful virtual galleries of her art. Irena has even started taking her own photographs of her works and learning how to import and crop.

Her work was recently showcased in an Arlington Library Westover branch exhibit.
